Jon & Kate plus 8...My Obsession!

So I have this obsession with the show Jon & Kate plus 8. I can't stop watching it! I watch it everyday. If I'm awake I'll watch the 2 shows at 8am. I watch the 2 shows at 2pm then the 2 shows at 10pm. And then they have these marathons on Wednesday! I don't even care if it's the same episodes I still watch them! Isn't that crazy! I don't know what it is about that family, but I just can't get enough. I love how Kate is such a control freak, she always has to be on time and things have to be done her way or she can't handle it. How she yells at Jon to get her point across and doesn't even care if she's in public! Then Jon is so laid back he just goes with the flow and lets the kids do what kids do, but at the same time speaks up and lays into Kate when need be. I totally see Dante and myself in Jon and Kate. Maybe that's why I'm so hooked.

It could also be that I always wanted a big family. Being just me and my brother growing up I always wished we had more siblings. I don't know if it'll happen but I'd like at least 2 more kids. I really want a total of 4. That would be so cool. Well I know my brother probably won't have kids and who knows when Jon Frederic or Tavia will get the ball rolling. So I guess it's up to Dante and I. There were a lot of babies born in 2008 already, with still more to come, so LJ should have lots of friends!

Real quick let me tell you about my day with LJ. So this boy was soooooo CRABBY! Nothing I did made him happy...unless he was sleeping! Oh and I had to be holding him. If he woke up instantly he would start crying! I'd change his diaper, feed him, play with him. He would be happy for like 5 min. I'd try to lay him down in bed for a nap and he'd cry and cry. He cried so hard he was sweaty from head to toe! Poor thing! I don't want to have to hold him all day while he sleeps because then what will I do. I can't hold him all day! So after an hour of him crying in bed I did the unthinkable. I put him on his stomach to see if he'd sleep! I know my pediatrician would be having a heart attack if she was reading this right now but hey I was out of options at this point! Guess what! He went right to sleep...he slept for like 3 hours! Of course I was worried as heck! I kept checking on him like every 5 min. But the boy went to sleep, and he slept in the funniest position. I just had to take a picture! So here it is...
